FOUNDED BY A FORMER PROSECUTOR
Founding attorney R. Douglas Malen is a former Colorado prosecutor. When he transitioned to criminal defense a decade ago, he noticed a persistent lack of quality affordable criminal defense - especially those unable to pay a large upfront retainer. By partnering with experieneced practitioners and leveraging the latest legal technologies, Access Defense Group provides high quality criminal defense with reasonable retainers and affordable payment plans. Attorney Malen has been licesned to practice law since 2007 and has served as a prosecutor in Illinois and Colorado. Attorney Malen has tried over 150 cases and supervises all Access Defense Group client files.
